Steven became interested in reward-based dog training as a result of watching Victoria Stillwell's show, “It’s Me or the Dog”. From there, he began utilizing positive dog training techniques with his English Bulldog Bella, with great success.
He began training dogs in 2014 and graduated from the Victoria Stilwell Academy in 2017.
He has a special interest in Ethology, the science of animal behavior from a biological perspective. He hopes to become a member of a S.A.R (Search and Rescue) team, and is a Certified Fear Free Professional. Steven is also preparing for his CPDT-KA exam.
